The types of gases include air, nitrogen, argon, etc., and there are no restrictions on the types of gases. (However, please use gases with a low dew point.) The temperature accuracy of the supplied gas can vary depending on the set temperature, but it is also possible to supply with an accuracy of ±1°C around the set temperature.
